Jovita Trujillo is an actress equally skilled in comedy and drama. A first-generation Mexican American from a small town in Northern California, she earned a Sociology degree from UCSB, giving her a deep understanding of human behavior on both emotional and intellectual levels. Her personal hardships, including the death of her parents, further enrich her ability to take on challenging roles. Jovita is also a Groundlings diversity scholarship recipient, and a stand up and sketch comedian.
