Mary Rawson has performed with all of the professional theatre companies in Pittsburgh. For her portrayal of Violet in the Playhouse Rep's production of August Osage County she was honored as Performer of the Year by The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette. In addition to her film and stage work, she does radio and television commercials, narrations, and voiceovers. For many years she was a member of the improv group Pittsburgh Theatre Sports. But her all-time favorite role is Cousin Mary on Mister Rogers' Neighborhood.
