Julie has a bachelors in Communication Arts from Austin College and a Masters in Engineering Geology from Texas A&M. She has sold children's books, been a nanny, worked as a therapy technician for kids with Cerebral Palsy, and been a lab tech for in vivo studies in gastroenterology before settling into work as a geologist in Oil & Gas. She has been onstage on and off all of her life and learned improv at the Renaissance Festival. She discovered her true love of film at the age of 50.
