Val is the fourth child of popular Filipino character actor Augusto Victa (Deceased). He considers his father his greatest"acting influence" and mentor, having trained him to compete in various provincial and region-wide Declamation & Oratorical contests since the early age of seven. Val held the prestige of being the Provincial Champion throughout his elementary and high school years. First seen as an actor in the Filipino hit soap-opera "Annaliza". Migrated to Los Angeles, CA and is now an American Citizen.
