Phoebe is an American actress and model. Born in the Chicago, IL area, she began her career as a child model/actress, before the age of one, appearing as “Baby Bella,” Ep. 0406, on the television series, “Empire” (FOX). Most notably to date, Phoebe was cast as a co-star on "Chicago Fire," a widely known television series on NBC. Committed to perfecting her craft, Phoebe will continue her professional training in the arts, with drama, voice, and piano lessons.
