Phoebe is an American actress and model. Born in the Chicago, IL area, she began her career as a child model/actress at the age of one, appearing as “Baby Bella,” Ep. 0406, on the television series, “Empire” (FOX). Most recently, Phoebe was cast as a co-star on "Chicago Fire," a widely known television series on NBC. Committed to perfecting her craft, Phoebe will continue her professional training in the arts, with drama, voice, and piano lessons, along with her rhythmic gymnastic classes.
