Phyllis Ramie Groves grew up in Brooklyn NY, and spent over a decade in the US Navy. Several careers followed, but the first time she was on a film set, she knew she had found her purpose. She has worked with multiple coaches to expand her acting skills with training in Improvisation, Meisner, Stanislavsky-based techniques, and others. Her roles range from high comedy to dark film noir. She now pursues her acting career with firm focus on telling compelling stories and bringing diverse characters to life.
