Born and raised in Philadelphia, Lyndsey began her acting and modeling career at the age of 7, appearing on Saturday Night Live and in catalogs for Boscov's. She trained at DePaul University in Chicago, Illinois, earning her BFA in Acting. She made her feature film debut in the 2023 film Seclusion, which earned her a nomination for Best Actress from the Chandler Film Festival, an international premiere in Arizona.
