Noelle is born and raised on the beautiful island of Oahu, Hawaii. She is of mixed heritage which lends to her ability to portray multiple characters of varying backgrounds. She began her acting career by landing a co-starring role on the iconic Hawaii Five-O. She has gone on to participate in multiple short films and a webinar series. She has a lifelong love of dance and swimming. Noelle also has medical knowledge from working as a registered nurse for twelve years.
