Tay Brightman was born and raised in West Philadelphia later moving to Atlanta, Georgia attending Spelman College and obtained a Bachelors degree in Comparative Women's Studies, concentrating in Theatre and Dance. After graduating she moved to New York and is pursuing her acting career. Most recently she has worked on Atlanta based short films A Christmas Breakup, Here or There, and New York based Scholastic Book Trailers, Muted and You Should See Me in a Crown.
