Cara Cox is a life-long creative performer, artist, designer beginning her career as a child stage actor in Tulsa, Oklahoma. She was the Oklahoma winner of the National Shakespeare Competition and holds a BFA in Performance/Education from the University of Central Oklahoma where she was nominated for an Irene Ryan Award. Her professional career in Film, TV, & Commercial work is thriving & she enjoys a fulfilling teaching artist career simultaneously. Her focus is on creative performance & visual art therapy.
