Iman Kamel is a Chicago-based actor and current graduate student at Northwestern University. Iman appeared in multiple theater productions, improv shows, and jazz ensembles throughout her teens and early twenties. Most recently she played the role of Young Layla/Manaal in Golden Thread's Staged reading of Alaa. This past year she has also been in shows with the Plagiarists (Arabia! Arabia!) and About Face Theatre's production of Mosque4Mosque. She enjoys learning languages and exploring her Egyptian heritage.
