Luke Bell is a new actor, born in 2000, located in Victoria, BC. He has taken acting classes with the Victoria Academy of Dramatic Arts and Spotlight Academy. He has experience as acting in several independent films as principal and background. Over the past few years Luke has composed over 30 piano pieces as he has rediscovered his passion for music and the arts. Luke's approach to acting consists of Presence, Passion and Intention
