Lori began her career as a dancer studying at Alvin Ailey American Dance Studio, and she performed as a modern dancer for several years. During this time, she began acting classes, and started doing regular extra work on popular TV shows like the Cosby Show. Soon, Lori started booking industrial videos as a featured actor, and in 1990, she landed her first national commercial for Sprite. Over the years, Lori has been focused on her work as a visual artist and operating her baking business, Isom's Delights.
