Ernie was born in New York City raised in Puerto Rico, Connecticut and now lives in Hawaii. He trained at The Department of Dramatic Arts at the University of Connecticut where he studied acting, dance, set design and lighting. He also trained at HB Studio in NYC where he studied acting, directing, movement, singing voice and speech. He also trained with Emmy nominee Henry Ian Cusick in Honolulu, Hawaii. Ernie is a five time PGA Tour champion caddie fluent in Spanish, surfs and plays the ukulele.
