Ms. Pyra holds BFA-Acting Specialization from University of Victoria. She also studied theatre at Waterloo University, ON., and took Acting Workshops with Uta Hagen in N York. She worked as a theatre/TV/film actor for over a decade. She also taught and directed at William Head Pen., Kaleidoscope Theatre and Vancouver Community College. After receiving a masters in education, Jolanta taught Theatre History and Acting alongside Academic Prep. overseas at various universities. She now makes her home in Duncan, BC
