Kam graduated from ACT and went straight to New York. For 20? 30? years of hard knocks, working on her craft, with many chances in jobs, class, and with other inspiring actors. Her first job was in a grungy theatre that turned into an S&M joint later the same night. A couple of highlights: She was cast as The Little Prince in the national tour. She worked an entire year at Tony Randall's Nat'l Actors' Theatre, was cast in two plays, and assisted Tyne Daly and Jack Klugman.
