Carmen Cecilia Retzer is an actor based in New York City. Originally from Alabama, Carmen moved to St. Louis to pursue a BFA in Acting from Webster University. Of Chinese, Nicaraguan, and German descent, she is passionate when it comes to creating art that centers BIPOC stories and voices and hopes to use her voice and skills to create more equitable spaces in theatre.
